Why Some Experiences Feel Like Magic
You know the moment. The whole room is singing the same chorus, and for three minutes, nobody's a stranger.
There's a name for that: collective effervescence. It's what happens when people share an experience so fully that, for a moment, they feel part of something bigger than themselves.
It can happen at a concert, a conference, or even a Tuesday team meeting. Understanding why it happens, how to create the conditions for it, and how to make it happen again is one of my favorite puzzles.

A Little About Me
I thrive where people, systems, and experiences meet.
I've been on stage, behind the scenes, and in the boardroom, sometimes all in the same week. Performer, music director, founder, systems builder, strategist. My résumé looks like it belongs to five different people. Really, it's one throughline: helping big creative ideas become experiences people actually feel, and building what makes them possible.
I'm a generalist by nature, with a knack for seeing how things connect. I bring together creative thinking, an understanding of human behavior, and the practical ability to turn ideas into something tangible.
These days, I'm VP of Booking & Strategic Development at Felix & Fingers Dueling Pianos, a national live-entertainment company. I shape guest experiences, develop the teams that deliver them, and guide strategic initiatives that help the business grow.
